New demarcated areas for Phytophthora pluvialis
Two new Demarcated Areas for Phytophthora pluvialis came into force at midday on the 19th of July 2022. These are Area No. 2 in Highland and Area No. 3 in Argyll and Bute. Demarcated Area Notice No. 2 revokes and replaces Demarcated Area Notice No. 1 which was issued on 8 December 2021.

- Demarcated Area No. 2 Notice comes into force on 19 July 2022 replacing The Plant Health (Phytophthora pluvialis) (Scotland Demarcated Area No. 1) Notice which was issued 8 December 2021 and applies to part of the region of Highland known as Ross-shire. Demarcated Area No. 2 covers part of the region of Highland known as Ross-shire within the boundaries shown in The Plant Health (Phytophthora pluvialis) (Scotland Demarcated Area No. 2) Notice, which also contains a description of the boundary.
- Demarcated Area No. 3 Notice comes into force on 19 July 2022 and applies to part of the council area of Argyll and Bute. Demarcated Area No. 3 covers part of the council area of Argyll and Bute within the boundaries shown in The Plant Health (Phytophthora pluvialis) (Scotland Demarcated Area No. 3) Notice, which also contains a description of the boundary.
